After Art's passing, Beg remained in Evanston until she was diagnosed with Dementia in 2019. Then she moved to the Legacy House of Logan.

Bev's family appreciates her nephew, Alan "Oop" Hansen; nieces, Amy Ellis and Irene Hansen; along with friends / eighbors, Bill and Ann Hampton, for watching over Beg after her diagnosis. They also send special thanks to the Legacy House staff for their great love and care shown her.
