Mrs. Fidelia Harley Summoned By Death
Mrs. Fidelia Miller Harley was born in Ryegate, Vermont, February 28, 1838, and died in Rockton June 24, 1919. She came to Rockton with her parents, Alexander and Mary Miller, when she was six years old and has made Rockton and vicinity her home since that time. In December, 1858, she was united in marriage to William Harley. Three sons, Edwin, Frederick and Henry, and one daughter, Ella, were born to this union, Edwin and Frederick dying in infancy, and Henry and her husband in 1904. She is survived by her daughter, Ella; granddaughter, Mrs. Lola Musseter; two great grandchildren, Margaret and Marion Mussetter, of Victoria, Ia., a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Alice Harley, of Rockton; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Lloyd, Roscoe; Mrs. Margaret Reckhow, Rockford; Mrs. Helen Jewett, Harrison; Mrs. Henrietta Robinson, Beloit; and two brothers, Roger Miller, Plainville, Mich., and E.G. Miller, Owen.
Funeral services will be held from the home at 3 o'clock Thursday. The Rev. E.L. Dennis of Shannon, Ill., will officiate with interment in the Rockton cemetery.
