William Lacy, 86, Rt.2, Tipton, died at 1:11 a.m. today at Tipton County Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 25, 1907, in Lehunt, Kan., he was the son of William and Cora Goodwin Lacy. He was married Nov. 23, 1929, to Ethel Leona McCain. She survives. He was a retired contractor. Surviving are two daughters, Lenora Boyd and Wilma Dane of Tipton; two sons, Wilbur Lacy and Curtis Lacy of Tipton; two sisters, Alta McCain and Margaret Bittenbender, 16 granchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren. One son, one brother, and four sisters preceded him in death. Private services will be at Porter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Tipton Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
