MRS. ZOE ELLEN SCOTT, 70, of N. Locust St., died Wednesday at Washington County Hospital following a long illness.

Born in Warfordsburg, Pa, she was the daughter of Lemuel G. and Sarah E. Litten Mellott. She was the widow of Edward M. Scott.

She was a member of Williamsport United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Sarah McElroy and Mrs. Mary Moats, both of Williamsport; and Miss Betty Scott, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Shank, Maugansville; Mrs. Ethel Taylor, Sharpsburg; Mrs. Lenore Shank, Williamsport; and Mrs. Nellie Coss, Hagerstown; three brothers, Russell Mellott, Downsville; Arthur Mellott, Hagerstown; and Richard Mellott, Beaver Creek; and two grandchildren.

Services Friday at 2 pm at Leaf Funeral Home with the Rev. Chester Kirk officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
