Graveside services for Willie Mae Buford Alford, 85, of Greenwood, who died of heart failure Tuesday, March 23, 1999, at Golden Age Nursing Home, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mrs. Alford, a homemaker and a native of Carroll County, was a Greenwood resident for 47 years. She was the widow of Samuel James Alford.
Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Overley of Greenwood and Delores Erwin of Dallas; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 this evening at Wilson and Knight Funeral Home.
The Rev. Jeff Floyd will officiate at the services.
