CLARKSDALE-Services for Hicks Buford, 72, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Mclnnis-Porter Funeral Home.
Mr. Buford, a retired heavy equipment operator, died Wednesday at his home.
He is survived by a son, James W. Buford of Clarksdale; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy B. Cole of Montgomery, Ala., and Mrs. Barbara Honeycutt of Jackson; and six sisters, Mrs. S. J. Alford and Mrs. Lucille Alford, both of Greenwood, Mrs. Lorena Scott, Mrs. Jeffie Mosley and Mrs. Lena Glazier, all of Jackson, and Mrs. Nora Ellington of Lexington.
Burial will be in Coahoma County Memorial Gardens.
