Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Sudduth Buford will be held at 2 p. m. Sunday from the Wilson and Knight Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. B. M. Doggen officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Mrs. Buford, who was 90, died Friday at a Jackson hospital.
Mrs. Buford was born in Black Hawk, Mississippi, and had lived most of her life in Greenwood. She was living in Jackson at the time of her death. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Greenwood and was the widow of the late J. W. Buford, Carroll County farmer.
She is survived by one son, Hicks Buford of Clarksdale; seven daughters, Mrs. S. J. Alford and Mrs. Lucille Alford, both of Greenwood; Mrs. B. F. Moore of Clarksdale; Mrs. Jeffie Mosley of Sidon; Mrs. Lena Glazier and Mrs. Lorena Scott, both of Jackson and Mrs. Gordon Ellington of Lexington and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
