Luttrell was born July 29, 1903 in Creek Indian Territory near Ardmore and died Saturday at his home.
He was a retired farmer and retired employee of Douglas Aircraft in California. He lived in Carnegie 50 years before coming to Anadarko. He was presented the Distinguished Service Award in 1982 by the Church of the Nazarene in Carnegie, where he was a member many years. He had been a member of the Anadarko Church of the Nazarene since 1988.
He married the former Willie Mae Patterson June 16, 1924 in Hobart.
