Reba Pritchett Pritchett, 89, formerly of Persimmon Street in Toccoa, died Sunday, June 14, 1998.
Born Oct. 6, 1908 in Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late William Thomas and Evie Thomason Pritchett. She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. (Jake) Pritchett. She was employed by Wright Manufacturing Company for 18 years, and Georgia Sports Wear for 10 years. She was a member of Mount Zion Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be today (Tuesday) at 11:30 a.m. at the Whitlock Mortuary Chapel. The Revs. Ryan Seawright, Marcus Martin and Duane Holcombe will officiate. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary Lou Barnes and Edna Holcomb, both of Toccoa, and Willie Ruth Roach of Lavonia; a son, George Pritchett of Carnesville; a sister, Grace Viola Ward of Toccoa; 10 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Whitlock Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
