Born in Franklin County on July 23, 1933, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas "Jake" and Reba Pritchett Pritchett. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Annie Ray Carey and Doris Thomas. She was a retired seamstress and had worked at Godfrey's IGA. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving are widower, Windell Roach; son, Harold Roach of Canon; daughter, Bettie Ruth Grizzell of Canon; two grandchildren; brother, George Pritchett of Carnesville; and sisters, Mary Lou Barnes and Edna Holcombe, both of Toccoa.
Services are at 2 p.m. Monday at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel by the Revs. Robert Thomas and Leon Carson; burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
