STAFFORD - Raymond A. Falen, 92, died Feb. 6, 1994, at the Leisure Homestead, Stafford.
He was born Aug. 25, 1901, at Bridgeport, the son of Frank and Millie Jenson Falen. A Stafford County resident since 1924, he was retired from the Kansas State Highway Department.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Lions Club, both at Stafford.
On June 5, 1928, he married Fern Salmon at Stafford. She died Nov. 17, 1965. On June 5, 1976, he married Margaret Herrington at Pratt. She survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Darrell, Lawrence; a daughter, Doris Falen, Flint, Mich.; a stepson, Kent Wheeler, Augusta; three sisters, Viola Prathers, Springfield, Mo., Berna Griggs, Nevada, Mo., and Ruth Tucker, Indiana; five grandchildren; and a greatgrandson.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Peacock-Milton Chapel, Stafford, with the Rev. Cheryl Peters presiding. Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Stafford Cemetery.
