Mrs. Agnes Herrman, 76, 417 West 12th, died at the Southwest Medical Center Hospital in Liberal Monday morning.

She was preceded in death by her husband Anton J. on July 3, 1971 and by one son and one daughter.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Florena) Roth, Liberal, Mrs. Earl (Olinda) Igo, Medford, Oregon, and Mrs. Max (Frances) Ridler, Hays; three sons, Herbert, Liebenthal, Willard, Liberal, and Maynard, Hays; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are five brothers, Henry Kreutzer, LaCrosse, Andres, Garden City, Frank, Ness City, Vincent, Boulder, Colo., and Ignatius, Greeley, Colo.; and four sisters, Mrs. Alex Kisner, Hays, Mrs. Clara Kuhn, Victoria, Mrs. Jake Unrein, LaCrosse, and Mrs. Francis Legleiter, Liebenthal.

A parish wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Brock's North Hill Chapel. The body will lie in state at the chapel from 7 p.m. Tuesday until service time. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Church, Hays, with burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Liebenthal.
