ED ACKER DIES
Ed Acker, retired insurance man here and member
of the county board from First ward, died at a Green
Bay hospital Wednesday night from complications. He
submitted to an operation there a week before and
seemed to rally Wednesday morning when hope was had
for his recovery, but a relapse set in and he grew
steadily worse.The body was brought to Hahn's funeral home and en Thursday night this week was to be taken to the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Navarre. Services will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday morning at Joseph's church.
