Mrs. Edward (Florence) Acker, 93, 331 N. 5th Ave.-, died Sunday afternoon at Door-County Memorial hospital extended care facility. Father Dan Gilsdorf will Conduct; services at 9:30 am. Wednesday at the Davis Mortuary and at 10 a.m. at-St. Joseph’s
Catholic church. Burial at St. Joseph’s cemetery. A Christian Mothers rosary. is set for 4 p.m. Tuesday followed by a wake service at 7.
The daughter of Frank and Margaret-Higgins she was born in Athol, Kansas on Oct. 18; 1880. She lived most of her life in Sturgeon Bay. Mrs. Acker was a member 0f the Christian Mothers and the Sturgeon Bay Women’s club.
Children, Mrs. Cyril Royce, Ohio,- (Katherine) Navarre, Sturgeon Bay, Mrs. Henry (Claire) Radi,
San Antonio, Tex., and Mrs. Royal (Ruth) Goettleman, Sturgeon Bay. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Frank Crerie, Pasadena,
Calif, and nieces and nephews.
