John Edward Acker, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Edw. Acker,passed away at the home of his parents yesterday morning.The cause of death was an abscess under the breastbone, induced by an infected tonsil. The little fellow was sick but a few days,the complaint gaining rapidly until on Wednesday it became necessary to lance several times on his throat to keep him alive. On Thursday morning all hope of his recovery was given up, and at about 8 o'clock he passed away.
The little fellow was born Oct 6, 1903, being eight years and two months old at time of death.
The funeral will take place on Saturday, morning from the Catholic church, the remains to be laid at
rest in the Catholic cemetery. The sympathy of numerous friend is extended to the bereaved parents and grand-parents in the loss of the bright little fellow.
