Norman Bartelson, 69, rural Rushford, died Friday at Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, Wis.
He was a retired farmer.
The son of Lars and Helena Thompson Bartelson, he was born in Winona County Nov. 23 1909. He attended Rush Creek School. He was a member of Rushford Lutheran church.
Survivors are: a sister, Mrs. Alvera Jacobson, Rushford; nephews and nieces. Six brothers and five sisters have died.
Funeral services were Monday at Rushford Lutheran Church, the Rev. Owen Gaasedelen officiating, with burial in the Church cemetery.
Casket Bearers were Marvin Moran, Melvin Fabian, Arnold Bartelson, LaVerne Bartelson, Maurice Fabian, and Leonard Volkman.
