Cecil A Fleming, 59, of Heaters died Friday in Sutton Hospital after a long illness. Mr. Fleming was a retired farmer and a member of Berry Fork Methodist Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Sutton. He also served a term as Braxton County Sheriff.

Surviving are his wife, Marguerite, two sons, Isaac of Heaters, and Joseph H of Florida: three daughters. Mrs. George Blake. Miss Connie Fleming and Miss Lucy Fleming all of Heaters; three brothers, Clyde of Ohio, Claude of Heaters and Roy of Clarksburg; five sisters, Mrs. Letha Rose of Clarksburg, Mrs. Alta Shaver of Heaters, Mrs. Thelma Gregory of St Albans, Pearl Strother of Clarksburg and Mrs. Madge Harrocks of Dunbar; and four grandchildren.

Service will beheld at 2 p.m. today in Heaters Methodist Church by Rev. Owen Lee. Burial will be in Heaters Cemetery.
