He was a self-employed lumberman in the Windsor area for many years.
He was a member of Rachel Harlow Methodist Church in Windsor.
He is survived by his wife, mother, sons Dennis F. and Claude R., daughters Elaine Denison, Janet Simoneau, Darlene Cowdrey, Carol and Jessica. He is also survived by brothers Dennis and Duane Jr. and sisters Lillian Hill and Esther Lord along with 8 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Springfield.
