Jim was born on April 10, 1942, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Leo Joseph and Hazel Irene (McDaniel) Adams. He married Mary A. (McNamara) on November 4, 1967 in Vandalia, IL. He was a retired Dispatcher for Conrail 20 yrs and a Correctional Officer 25 yrs. Jim was an Army veteran.
He is survived by Wife: Mary Adams of Vandalia, IL; Daughters: Julie Hutchinson & Todd, Sorento, IL & Mary Childerson & Dwight, Greenville, IL; Brother: Steve Adams; Sisters: Cathleen Jefferies, Violet Cantril & Jane Flake; 4 Grandchildren: Tyler, Ryan, Katie & Benjamin.
He was preceded in death by Parents, 3 Brothers: William, Joe & Larry and 1 Sister: Mary Etta.
