"George Albaugh. After only about a week's illness, George Albaugh, well known in Frederick and Carroll Counties, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G. S. J. Fox, of Detour, last Saturday. He was aged 79 years, 6 months and 19 days. His wife died several years ago. Three sons and three daughters survive him: William, Harry and Doran Albaugh; Mrs. G. S. J. Fox, of Detour; Mrs. Charles Fogle, of Woodsboro; Mrs. Russell Dorsey, of Motter's Station. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon, Rev. W. O. Ebach, his pastor, conducting the services. Interment was made in Rocky Ridge Lutheran Church Cemetery."
