Came to the United States in 1883 or 1884 via NYC Castle Gardens (maybe) as per Metro's and Julia's declaration of intent though no record exists in Castle Garden yet. Married Johanna Lenort Czarnik in Lewisville Boulder County Co. on 21 Oct 1895. Johanna's first husband died & left one child with Johanna; Mary. Metro & Johanna had 1 child; Elsie. Johanna died in 1909 and left 2 children: Mary & Elsie with Metro. Metro moved to Chicago then to Wells, MN and thru a mutal friend married Julia Rysz Dembouski. Julia's first husband; Andrew Dembouski died and left 4 children with Julia; Walter, Willaim, Joseph, Anna. Metro and Julia moved to Morrison County, MN and had 5 children: Julia, Alexander, Victoria, Amelia, Marie. Metro died of pneunonia in 1942 and is buried with his first wife: Johanna in Wells, MN.
