Susannah was born the daughter of Jesse Warren [1770] and Rhoda Richards [1771] of Franklin County Virginia. Susannah may have been named after Rhoda's sister, Susannah Richards-Jones, who died giving birth to twins in 1802. These families all lived in the same locale a few miles south of Rocky Mount VA.

Susannah married Titus England, the son of the elder Titus England [1770] and Elizabeth Stewart [1776], in Robertson County Tennessee, near Springfield [as per census records in 1820 and 1830].

3. Nancy [1831] TN
4. Lidia [1833] TN
5. Susan [1835] TN
6. Joseph S. [1837] TN Nancy C. Jones
