Mrs. Anna M. Worthington, widow of Dr. Charles M. Worthington, a surgeon in the United States Army and daughter of the late Ephraim Cornman,died at 12:55 p.m. today at her home on North Hanover street (sic), aged 56 years. Mrs. Worthington was stricken with paralysis on Saturday last and did not recover consciousness, but grew weaker until death came, She leaves one daughter Marian. The funeral will be strictly private.

Mrs. Worthington is survived by two sisters, Mrs. S. B. Klssell, of Carlisle, and Mrs. R. Harris Gearhart, of Sunbury, and by six brothers, Joseph S., of Hanover, John, of Buffalo, Wm., of Cleveland, Capt. Daniel, of the United States Army, Ephriam, of Washington, and Louis, of Pittsburg.

The funeral of Mrs Anna Worthington was held this afternoon from her late residence on North Hanover street (sic). The services were conducted by Rev. Noll and interment made in the family burying place in the old graveyard. The pall-bearers were J.H. Spicer and J. Fred Orth of Harrisburg, and Theo. Fredericks, A.Z. Wetzel, Jos. Kissell and Ed. Brindle.

Mrs Anna Worthington, who was buried in Carlisle on last Sunday, was a niece of H.J. Cornman, of Altoona, and a cousin of F.A. Harris of Tyrone.
