Born Franz Hoellerer, Son of Johan George and Barbara M (Richter) Hoellerer, was born in Bavaria and immigrated with his parents and siblings 18 Dec 1856 on ship Itzstein-Welcker. According to ship records, the family left Bayernsfel Bavaria though the port at Bremen to ports of New Orleans, St. Louis, and Cinncinati where the trip ended. Although ship notes said they were going to Ohio (which is where the trip ended so that may have been the reason for the destination). Appears they may have gotten off in St. Louis instead or went to Ohio because there are other Hoeller families who established there as well, but decided to come back to Missouri?? It is unknown what happened. Either way they came to the Rich Fountain area where they had family ties with the Richter's and the Thiems and they were already had established in the Rich Fountain area. I know they were in the Rich Fountain area by 1858 as their young daughter was buried there. Some of this younger generation Franz's brothers changed named from Hoellerer to Hoeller. Siblings are: brothers John, Joseph, George, Johan and sisters Anna & Frances. Some remained in Freeburg, others moved to Vienna, MO.

Franz/Frank married Ursula "Catherine" Evers , daughter of Francis Evers and Anna Catherina Raab. They had 8 children, six I know of lived to adulthood they are:
Henry Francis Hoeller b 18 Feb 1888 married Mary Ann Heisler.

Catherine "Katie" b 11 Nov 1889, married widower Frank Wieberg Sr, Argyle Mo, raised his and their kids.
Joseph "Joe" John Hoeller bn 1900 married Christine Wieberg. They are buried in Meta, after Joe's death, Christine married Herman Bax and moved to St Elizabeth Mo. She is buried with Joe.
"John" George 1893-1959 He never married was a farmer, builder and served in the military WWII. He is buried in Meta's St Cecelia cemetery.
Elizabeth "Lizzie" married Stephan Mertens, eventually divorced, remarried Vivian Dwight Coon 1934 had two more kids and moved to Montana. She is buried Cut Bank, MT
Kunegunda married 30 Sept 1920 in Harlan, IA to Roy S Gray, son of Nicholas Gray. He died 4 years later. Have not found Kunegundas burial place or if she re-married. .

Johan Bernard who died as young boy is buried in Koeltztown.

Their oldest child Mary Catherine may have died young as well, I'm not sure where she is.
