Eveline E. Ebeling, age 90, of 106 S. Lincoln Dr., Howards Grove, passed away Wednesday December 23, 1998 at her residence.
She was born on February 9, 1908 in the town of Meeme, a daughter of the late Charles and Alvina Brandt Henschel. Otto F. Ebeling and Eveline E. Henschel were united in marriage on September 25, 1926. Otto preceded her in death on October 28, 1986.
She was employed at Lakeland College for over ten years until her retirement in 1983.
Eveline was a charter member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Howards Grove and a member of the Ladies Aid Society. She enjoyed gardening and raising African violets.
Surviving Eveline are two daughters; Marilyn (Harold) Perronne of Rural Sheboygan Falls, Annette Klabunde of Madison, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Two sisters, Myrtle Kraemer and Irene Grohskoph, both of Kiel.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Otto, one grandson, Bruce Gartman, three sisters; Elva Klemme, Hilda Stock, Violet Rechert, four brothers; Melvin, Edwin, Albert, and Elmer Henschel.
A Funeral service will be held for Eveline on December 28, 1998 at 1 1 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church of Howards Grove with the Reverend Darrel Bergelin, officiating. Interment will be held in the Church Cemetery.
