She was one of eleven children born to Lewis and Elizabeth Achenbach. She spent her entire life on a farm east of Cedar Bluff. Since she became ill about three years ago she has made her home with her sister.
She was a member of the Cedar Bluff church.
She is survived by two sisters and five brothers, Mrs. Felix Monier, Mrs. Angie Stout, and John and Orlando Achenbach all of Cedar Bluff; Isaac, North English; Abner, Morley; Emanuel, Center Point.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.
Sheets Funeral home was in charge of the services, they were held on Friday at the Cedar Bluff church with Rev. Raymond Ferguson of First Presbyterian church, Tipton, officiating. Interment was in the Shawver cemetery Cedar Bluff.
