Mrs. Catherine C. Wolf, of Carlisle R.D. 5, widow of Harvey Wolf, died this morning at Carlisle Hospital at the age of 78 years.
She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Annie Hostetter Long and was a member of Carlisle Springs Reformed Church. She is survived by a son, Martin Wolfe (sic), at home; four daughters, Mrs. Stewart Ankabrandt, Carlisle R.D. 6; Mrs. George Peffer, Mechanicsburg R.D. 2; Mrs. Bertha Weaver, West Hill, and Mrs. Ralph Goodling, Carlisle R.D. 1; a sister, Mrs. Emma Herman, Decatur, Ill; a brother, Harry E. Long, Lebanon, N.J., and 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 in the Lutz-Hoffman Funeral Home, with burial in the Old Graveyard. Rev. R.R. Jones and Rev. C.S. Messner will officiate. Friends may call Friday night at the funeral home.
