BRIEF ILLNESS TAKES LIFE OF HILDA M. NOLTE
Former Resident Here Passes Nov. 4 in Illinois
RITES HERE
Mrs. Hilda M. Nolte, a former resident of this vicinity, who died suddenly in her home in Harvey, Illinois, on Tuesday, November 4, was brought to Guttenberg for burial on Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Graveside rites were conducted by Rev. J. A. Dupont, in Mt.
Olivet cemetery, with the burial in charge of Steger funeral home.
Born at Turkey River.
Pallbearers were John Adams, Paul Brookover, Celestine Ludovissy, Clarence Ludovissy and Merrill Ludovissy.
Mrs. Nolte was 37 years of age, and was born at Turkey River on March 4, 1910, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mathias Adams. She married Henry Nolte on March 29, 1933.
Family Survives
Surviving are her husband and two sons, Carl 13 and Lawrence 10, as well as her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Matt Adams of Guttenberg.
Also surviving are five sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Dorothy Meyer of Dubuque, Mrs. Leona Walters of Guttenberg, Adeline Adams of Los Angeles, California, Mrs. Elinor Spoden of Luxemburg and Mrs. Teresa Moser of Colesburg; Lawrence, Arthur and Clarence Adams, all of Guttenberg.
