Son of Hampton Wade and Mabeth Williamson Collins. Earl married Camellia Mary Roberts on January 28, 1946.

MULLINS - E. Earl Collins, 52, died Saturday in a local hospital. The funeral will be 4 p.m. Monday at Gapway Baptist Church.

Mr. Collins was born in Marion County, a son of the late Hampton Wade Collins and Mrs. Mabeth Williamson Collins. He was secretary and treasurer of Cox-Collins Funeral Home, Inc., partner in Collins Brothers Enterprises and H. Wade Collins Co. He was a member of VFW, American Legion and was a veteran.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Camellia Roberts Collins of Mullins; four brothers, Augustus H. Collins, Richard I. Collins, Dan S. Collins and Don B. Collins, all of Mullins; three sisters, Mrs. W. H. Squires of Conway, Mrs. George D. Sons, of Aynor and Mrs. James E. Caskey of Magnolia, Mass.
