Mr. Denison was a life resident of Syracuse, and was employed by Syracuse University. He served in the Navy during World War I. He was a member of the E. Genesee Street Presbyterian Church and a charter member of the Calvary Club.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura B. Denison; a daughter, Mrs. Frank E. Conner of Ohio; four sons, George H., Anthony A., Lucius S., and Charles F. Denison; a sister, Miss Henrietta H. Denison; a brother, Henry D. Denison
Jr., and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Garfield Funeral Home, 515 Westcott St. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
