She was a daughter of Charles Goodelle and Katharine Robinson.

Mrs. Henry D. Denison Sr., 89, of 40 Jordan St., Skaneateles, widow of Henry Denison, died Saturday in her home. Former Syracusans, Mr. and Mrs. Denison were prominent in local business circles. The Denison family formerly owned the Denison block at E. Fayette and Warren Streets.

Mrs. Denison attended the old Keeble Private School here and at Houghton Seminary at Clinton. She also lived in Fayetteville, moving to Skaneateles 17 years ago. She was affiliated with St. James Episcopal Church, Skaneateles and with, its Trinity Guild.

Surviving are two sons, Henry D. Jr. of Skaneateles and Lucius S. Denison of Syracuse; a daughter, Miss Henrietta H. Denison of Skaneateles; a brother, George E. Congdon Jr. of Paradise, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Mrs. Ann D. Conner of Cuyahoga, Ohio; Mrs. Gail C. McKenzie; Mrs. Melrada C. McKay George H.; Anthony A.; Lucius S. Jr. and Charles F. Denison; and 12 greatgrandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in St. Paul's Episcopal Church the Rev. Dr. Harold L Hutton officiating. Assisting will be the Rev. John H. Teeter of St. James Episcopal Church Skaneateles. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Bearers will be James H. Irish, Stephen W. Bradley, F Daniel McKenzie, Anthony A Denison, George H. Denison and
A. David McKay. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m today at the J. P. Burns and Son Funeral Home.
