William T. Dulin was the 1st of 13 children of John Thomas and Susan Jane Pilcher Dulin.
Only the 1880 Clay District Census lists his middle name "Tecumseh." All other public records list "Wm. T." or "William T." Dulin. A document, "Gibbens--Butcher Genealogy" (published 1894), was found in March 2007 listing William with middle name Thomas, presumably from his father's middle name. Evidently, at the time of the 1880 Census, William took on the middle name "Tecumseh" from Civil War General Wm. T. Sherman. (The middle name "Tecumseh" will be left in place as he, apparently, preferred.)
On 1 Nov 1874, William married Sarah Elizabeth Wiblin, daughter of Michael R. and Nancy Cain Wiblin of Freeport.
Wm. & Sarah's children were: Ella Luvernia, Mayberry, William Clarence, Opha L., and Lelia Dulin.
- Mayberry tragically died at 2 years, 3 months, and 12 days of age and was buried in Dulin's Graveyard.
- Luvernia married Granville Thornton
- Clarence married Netta Woodford
- Opha married Golda Staller
- Lelia married Alva Staller
William died quite young at 37 years, 3 months and 15 days of age. William was buried 5 Feb 1890 in "Dulin's Graveyard" with W. Pribble as undertaker and Silas Inons of Newark as physician signing the death record. The grave is marked only with fieldstones.
His widow and children moved across the Ohio River to Marietta and later to Zanesville, Ohio. His widow, Sarah Elizabeth Wiblin Dulin is buried with son Wm.Clarence and spouse, Netta, in Watertown Cemetery, Washington Co., Ohio.
