Donna Kate B. Brannen Died Monday
Donna Kate Bacon Brannen,77,died Monday of last week in Tattnall Memorial Hospital after a long illness. The Tattnall County native was a member of Beard's Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
She is survived by five sisters, Dorothy Durrence and Claudine Bland, both of Glennville, Frances Barry, Wilene Brewton and Johnnie Lou Mitchell, all of Savannah; two brothers, W.A. Bacon of Glennville and Bennie Bacon of Savannah; one daughter-in-law, Doris Brannen of Jamestown, La.; two grandsons, Steven Brannen and James Brannen of Jamestown, La.
Funeral services were held last Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Beard's Creek Primitive Baptist Church, conducted by Elder Spencer Moore. burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Derrell Bland, Ronnie Durrence, Kerry Bacon, Willie Bland, Van Mock, Jimmy Haire, Edward Bacon and Edsel Mock.
Rimes Mortuary of Glennville was in charge of arrangements.
