BLOOMINGTON -- David R. Van Note , 66, of 704 E. Oakland Ave., Bloomington, formerly of Saybrook, died at 7:30 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 17, 2004) at his residence.
A memorial service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Beck Memorial Home, Bloomington, the Rev. Fred Belcher officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Beck Memorial Home.
Memorials may be made to his wife, Judy Van Note , 704 E. Oakland Ave., Bloomington, IL 61701.
He was born Dec. 26, 1937, at Saybrook, to Irwin L. and Ruth Ellen Brown Van Note . He married Judy Hoye Dec. 23, 1967, at Bloomington. She survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Rodger Van Note of Normal; Robert Lee (Joyce) Van Note of Bloomington; and Albert Gene Van Note of Bloomington; and one sister, Janis J. Montgomery of Bismark.
His parents preceded him in death.
David retired from Irvin Brothers Pepsi Cola in Bloomington after 33 years as a truck loader.
David loved to fish, and was an avid Cubs fan. He will be greatly missed.
