Edna Plaster, age 87, of Gibsland died October 4 at the Minden Medical Center. Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church of Gibsland on October 5 with Rev. Stanley McGee and Rev. M.F. Copeland officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery under the direction of Congers Funeral Home.
Mrs. Plaster was a native of Mt. Lebanon and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Harry L. Plaster of Gibsland; one sister, Mrs. C.D. Merritt of Gibsland; and one brother, C.M Carter of Gibsland.
Pallbearers were "Eddie" David Riddle, Bobby Riddle, Winlock Van Cleave, David Fields, Mark Fields, Henry Nolte Jr., James Stewart, and Douglas Stewart.
