From sunrise to sunset
He worked the ground
Raising corn, wheat, alfalfa
From seed planted around.

With tractors and trucks
Moving here and there
Irrigating in boots
And overalls to wear

This farmer was strong
Making green from the void
This farmer was tall
This farmer was Floyd.

Floyd was a faithful husband, a wise father, a fun and loving grandfather, a thoughtful brother, a loyal friend, a trusting partner and a helping hand to the community. We could not have asked for anything more in a man and Floyd would not have asked any less of himself. We will all miss you Floyd, but will remember you always and love you forever.

Memorials may be given to MSTI, 151 East Bannock, Boise, 83712-9988.

Friends may call Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
