Son of Biaggio Charles and Rosalia Di Salvo Dugo, Tom was the husband of Lydia MacSenti Dugo and the father of Charles Thomas, Melvyn Ray, Helen Louise, Margaret Ann and Rosalie Marie. For approximately 25 years after they were married, Tom and Lydia operated a garage on Escalon Avenue, then Tom went into the sign business after World War II and they opened up a shop; which is still being operated by the family today.
