BERKELEY SPRINGS, W. Va. -- Mrs. Grave Viola Householder, 77, died Friday at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W. Va.

She was the daughter of Charles E. and Martha Kemp Fox.

She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Nettie Michael, Mrs. Olive Hobday, Mrs. Anna Michael, Mrs. Frances Broy and Mrs. Dorothy Beeler, all of Berkeley Springs; three sons, Raymond Householder of Bridgeport, Conn., Homer Householder of Berkeley Springs and Walter Householder of Martinsburg; one brother Frank Fox of Hancock; and 23 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs. The Rev. H. H. Fox and the Rev. Wayne Perry will officiate.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements were made by the Helsey Funeral Home in Berkeley Springs.
