DELBERT BLEDSOE AND RAY ALTIS ORDAINED AS BAPTIST PREACHER Sunday
(first part of article is about Bledsoe) Brother Ray Altis, another of our young ministers was ordained by the Church last Sunday to the full Gospel ministry, is holding a meeting in his Church at Ellis Prairie. The Reverend Glenn Sherod assists him.
The Texas County Brotherhood will hold an all night session at Camp Simmons soon.
Baptists families over the county are making use of the camp for their outings, and we are happy to have them do this. Remember there is no one who can take your place in the Lord's services. Ray Clifton Altis, 62, of 1008 South Hocker, Independence, died October 5, at Independence hospital. He was born in Solo, Mo., and lived in Cabool several years.
