The Forum, Fargo ND. Dec. 7, 1985. The funeral for Walter L. Stickelmeyer, 71, 317 15th St. S., Fargo, will be here at 11 in Boulger chapel. He died Thursday. Mr. Stickelmeyer was born Apr. 8, 1914, at Carrington ND. He joined the Army in 1939 and served during WWII. After the war, he came to Fargo and opened Stickelmeyer Grocery, which he and his wife, Eve, owned and managed. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Jerry, Midland, Mich.; and Lloyd, Longmont CO; a brother, John, Miles City, MT; seven granddaughters and four great-granddaughters. (Boulger)
