George Dunn moved with his parents and siblings from Iowa to Kansas and eventually to Oklahoma where they settled on a farm in the Stafford community. On Aug. 26, 1906 he was married to Lena Angelina Alexander at Stafford.
To this union were born two children, Pauline Ann and Roy Earl. In addition they reared a nephew, George Nelson Alexander. At the time of his passing they were living on a farm west of Clinton, Custer County, OK.
Funeral services were held at the Stafford school auditorium on May 2nd, officiated by the Rev. E. G. Gasaway and the Rev. Elmer Kelley. Burial was at the Stafford Cemetery under the direction of the Kern and Schneider Funeral Home in Clinton.
