Mrs. Alice Waddell Slayback
Mrs. Alice Waddell Slayback, widow of the late Col. Alonzo W. Slayback and a daughter of the late William B. Waddell, died Sunday at her home in St.Louis.
Mrs. Slayback was born near Lexington, January 24, 1839, and was nearly 82 years old. She is survived by one son and four daughters. Mrs. Slayback was a sister of the late Mrs. Julia Tevis, Mrs. Kate Williams, Mrs. Laura Chapman, John W. and Robert F. Waddell, and an aunt of Walter B. and William B. Waddell of this city.
The body was brought to Lexington Wednesday morning for burial.
