8th child of Thomas Marion Harp and Prudence (Masoner) Harp. "Young Harp" married Sarah Angeline Stevenson in Hamburg, AK, 1 Dec. 1865. It is not known just when Young and Angie Harp died but it must have been before 1873.
At the death of the couple, the surving son, Oliver "Ollie" Young Harp, was put in the care of Prudence Harp. Unpon her death, Ollie's care was given to Rufus Kelley Harp.
