Emma Nora Wassam, wife of Samuel W. Wassam of Cherry Tree, died March 3, at 9:30 a.m. in the Miners Hospital, Spangler.
She was born in Jefferson County, a daughter of Henry G. and Roseanna Knoerr Wingert, and is survived by her husband, three brothers and three sisters: Miss Charlotte Wingert, Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs. William (Beulah) Akard, Whittaker, Calif.; Charles Wingert, Marchand, Pa.; Clark Wingert, Anaheim, Calif.; Mrs. Ella Roderus, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Frank Wingert, Marysville, Calif.
Friends are being received at her home in Cherry Tree where services will be conducted Tuesday, March 6, at 2:00 p.m. by the Rev. Harold E. Huffman.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Cherry Tree.
Rairigh Funeral Home, Hillsdale, is in charge of arrangements.
