BURNS--Mary E. Burns, wife of S. M. Burns, deceased, died Monday morning at 3 o'clock following a lingering illness at her home in Meridian. Mrs. Burns was born in Missouri, November 14, 1867, and came to Idaho with her parents when she was 10 years old. She had lived in Meridian most of her life in Idaho. She is survived by two sons, J. G. Burns, and Waldo Burns, of Boise; three daughters, Mrs. Frank Haasch of Twin Falls, Mrs. A G. Friedline of Boise and Mrs. Earl Burke of Weiser; two brothers, Emmett Pfost and Lee W. Pfost of Boise; one sister Mrs. C. B. Burns of Burns, Ore., and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church in Meridian Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
