Allison Whitlatch, 47, died at his home on Parkersburg route 2 at 7:30 o'clock yesterday evening following a long illness. He had been in ill health for the past four years.
Mr. Whitlatch was a member of the Ogdinville Baptist Church and was well known in this community.
Surviving are his wife, Effie; three sons and one daughter, James, Carl, Billy, and Thelma, all at home; three brothers, James A. of Parkersburg, and Albert and Edward of Marietta; and two sisters, Mrs. Sue Mowery and Mrs. Hester Riley, both of Parkersburg.
