He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lottie Houston Taylor Fitzgerald; one daughter, Mrs. Roller Eavers, Stuarts Draft; two sons, Samuel F. of Staunton, Rt. 2; Edward J. of the U. S. Navy in Japan; four brothers, Arthur of Washington, D. C.; Clancy of Salem; Frank of Charlottesville; and Levi of Crozet.
He is also survived by five sisters, Mrs. G. C. Brooks, Mrs. E. T. Almarode, Mrs. Chester Fitzgerald, all of Stuarts Draft; Mrs. W. L. Diehl of Washington, D. C.; also seven grandchildren.
The body will remain at Etter Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
