Junius Y. Webb, 83, of 6922 Shook, state manager of the Lamar Life Insurance Company of Jackson, Miss., and a resident of Dallas for 48 years, died Wednesday in a local hospital. Native of Minden, Louisiana. Member of the Dallas Athletic Club and of the White Rock Methodist Church. Survived by a brother, Sam G. Webb of Minden, Louisiana. Services will be Thursday. Burial in Oakland Cemetery.

Junius Y. Webb Dies in Dallas

Junius Y. Webb, 83, resident of Dallas, Texas for 40 years, died Wednesday, October 18, after a brief illness. He was state manager for the Lamar Life Insurance Company of Jackson, Misissippi, and was active until his death.

A native of Minden, Mr. Webb was vice-president of the Webb Press Company here until his death. He is survived by a brother, S. G. Webb of Minden; two nieces, Mrs. C. M. Hutton, Minden, and Miss Mable Watson, Washington, D. C.; and one nephew, Lt. John S. Webb, Washington, D. C. Dr. R. D. Webb of this city is a cousin.

The deceased was a member of the Whiterock Methodist Church and the Dallas Athletic Club. Funeral services were held in Dallas Thursday, October 19.
