Johnnie Webb Died--Death Was Generally Regretted.
Special to The Times.
Minden, Dec. 22.--The death and burial here of Johnnie Webb, son of the late lamented Capt. J.Y. Webb and wife, after a long illness was another sad experience through which his many friends here have been called to pass during this season.
Johnnie was of an amiable disposition and was a devoed son, brother, and friend, and his countless little courtesies and favors shown within the sacred precincts of his home and when out among his friends will never be forgotten. He was conscious to the end and died in the faith taught him at his sainted mother's knee. We home to meet him again some day, where sickness, pain and sorrow are unknown.
