Funeral services for Mrs. Manda I Bennett, 74, who died Sunday morning at her home in Kelso following a short illness, were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the Kelso Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The pastor of the church, the Rev. J. Howard Scott, officiated, and burial was in the Kelso Cemetery.
Daughter of the late W. M. and Manda Faulkner Smith, Mrs. Bennett was born and reared in the Kelso community.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Annie Snoddy, Mrs. Ella Pitcock, and Mrs. Clara Jean; five sons, John, B. F., Marion, Will, and Carl Bennett; 27 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, all of Lincoln County.

Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the C. P. Church at Kelso, with burial in the Kelso Cemetery. Services were conducted by Rev. H. J. Scott.
Survivors include five sons, John, B. F. Marion, Will, and Carl Bennett, all of Lincoln County; three daughters, Mrs. Annie Snoddy, Mrs. Ella Pitcock, and Mrs. Clara Jean, all of Lincoln County; twenty-seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
